How To Set Up Email Accounts On iPhone & iPad

Note: To complete these steps, you will need to know your email address, password, incoming mail server name, and outgoing mail server name as provided by your Hosting Provider.

1. Go to Settings > Accounts & Passwords and click Add Account. If you're using iOS 10.3.3 or earlier, go to Settings > Mail > Accounts and click Add Account.

2. Click on Other > Add Mail Account.

3. Enter your name, email address, password. You can also enter a description of the account.

4. Click Next.

5. Choose IMAP or POP for your new account (We recommend using IMAP).

6. Set the Incoming Mail Server settings as follows:

   • Username should be your full email address.
   • Password should be your email password.
   • Server should be mail.yourdomainname.co.rw.

7. Set the Outgoing Mail Server settings as follows:

   • Username should be your full email address.
   • Password should be your email password.
   • Server should be mail.yourdomainname.co.rw.
8. Click Save to complete setup.
